I’ve been practicing the science and art of healing bodywork since 1985, when I first studied massage at the Reade School of Massage in London, England.
I then trained at the British School of Shiatsu, the first major shiatsu school in that country, where I studied shiatsu and macrobiotics with Ray Ridolfi.
In Toronto, I am a graduate of the rigorous Kokoro Do Jo 1100-hour training program in zen shiatsu and traditional Eastern medicine.
My success stories include helping patients with chronic pain from fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis; as well as patients with insomnia, anxiety and stress, and depression.
I am licensed as a Holistic Practitioner by the City of Toronto.
